Privacy Policy
This policy describes the current FinanceOS Pro pilot implementation operated under the Zelvara product name. It covers the public site, sample experience, browser-local workspace and pilot feedback links.
Last updated: 5 September 20261. Information you choose to provide
FinanceOS may process portfolio holdings, statement dates, values, imported performance fields, transaction history, underlying fund holdings, portfolio preferences, notes, Decision Memory entries, report drafts and Copilot conversations when you enter or import them. The early-access form may collect your email address, name, research preferences, pilot interest, comments and consent.
Do not provide brokerage credentials, passwords, PINs, bank details, Aadhaar, PAN, demat credentials or other information the product does not request.
2. Browser-local portfolio processing
Current portfolio import workflows read CSV files in your browser. They do not upload the original file to a FinanceOS backend. The original file content and raw file are not retained by FinanceOS after parsing. Validated, normalised portfolio fields and import metadata may persist in this site's localStorage.
Portfolio, assessment and report context; transaction and underlying-holding records; preferences; notes; Decision Memory; Copilot conversations; research state; learning state; and interface settings may persist in localStorage after refresh. sessionStorage is used for short-lived import-success notices that are removed after display or when the browser session ends.
3. Purpose and data boundaries
Browser-local records support portfolio review, source-aware explanations, calculations, reports, context switching and continuity within this pilot. The deterministic Copilot and AI Analyst previews run from local application logic and do not transmit portfolio records to an external live-AI service.
The bundled sample portfolios and illustrative company data are demonstration datasets. They are separate from private portfolios saved in localStorage and are not represented as your information.
4. Early access and configured endpoints
If no waitlist endpoint is configured, early-access form submissions are stored only in this browser. If the page explicitly shows “Configured endpoint,” the form posts the fields shown in that form to the configured HTTPS endpoint after you submit. Portfolio files are not attached to that submission.
5. Third-party forms and links
Pilot feedback or review-request links may open a Google form in a new tab. Opening the link does not cause FinanceOS to upload a portfolio file. Information you choose to submit in the form is handled through Google's service and is subject to the notices and policies presented there. Other third-party destinations are outside FinanceOS's control.
6. Retention, deletion and your choices
Browser-local records remain until you delete them through FinanceOS Settings, clear this site's browser data or remove the relevant browser profile. Settings provides controls to delete private portfolios, clear Copilot history and reset prototype data. Clearing a local record does not delete information you separately submitted to a configured endpoint or third-party form; use that service's controls or contact the pilot coordinator for those requests.
7. Security limitations
FinanceOS does not encrypt localStorage. Anyone with access to this browser profile and its site data may be able to view, change or remove saved records. Use a device and browser profile you control, avoid shared devices for private portfolio information and keep your operating system and browser protections enabled. No internet-delivered product can promise absolute security.
8. Children
This pilot is intended for adults evaluating investment-review software and is not directed to children. Do not use the pilot or submit information if you are not legally able to provide the information and accept the applicable terms.
9. Policy changes
This policy may change as the pilot and its data flows change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes should be reviewed before continuing to use a later pilot build.
10. Contact
Open the configured Pilot Feedback form. This is a third-party Google form; do not include portfolio files, financial credentials or government identifiers.
