Terms of Use

1. Eligibility and pilot status

You may use the pilot only if you can lawfully enter into these terms and comply with them. FinanceOS Pro is a confidential, pre-release product under evaluation. Features, datasets, availability and these terms may change, and access may be suspended or ended at any time.

2. Permitted use

You may use the pilot for your own lawful evaluation, portfolio review, learning and research support. Keep access details and confidential pilot materials reasonably secure and follow any additional pilot instructions provided to you.

3. Review tool, not investment advice

FinanceOS supports review, explanation, memory and source transparency. It does not execute trades, connect to a brokerage for trading, manage assets, provide personalised buy or sell recommendations, or provide investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. The Portfolio Review Score is not an investment rating, not a suitability rating and not a buy/sell score.

4. Data and accuracy limitations

Sample portfolios, product previews, company information and some calculations may be illustrative, synthetic, stale, incomplete or unavailable. Imported results depend on the completeness and accuracy of information you provide. FinanceOS does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, availability, performance outcomes, expected returns or fitness for a particular decision.

You are responsible for verifying important figures and source documents and for obtaining qualified professional advice where appropriate before acting.

5. Portfolio information

You are responsible for having the right to use information you import or enter. Do not submit credentials or unnecessary identifiers. Browser-local storage has the limitations described in the Privacy Policy. You should keep your own source documents and backups.

6. Intellectual property and confidentiality

FinanceOS Pro, its software, interface, design, documentation, branding, sample content and pilot materials are owned by or licensed for the Zelvara product, except for user-provided content and third-party materials. No ownership is transferred to you.

Except where applicable law prevents restriction, you must not copy, scrape, republish, sell, sublicense, commercially exploit, reverse engineer, bypass technical restrictions or use the pilot to create a competing dataset, model or product. You may not disclose confidential pilot materials beyond people authorised to participate in the evaluation.

7. Feedback

You retain ownership of feedback you provide. You grant the Zelvara product a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify and incorporate that feedback to evaluate, secure, improve and develop FinanceOS, without an obligation to compensate you. Do not include confidential third-party information you are not authorised to share.

8. Prohibited misuse

Do not introduce malicious code, interfere with availability, attempt unauthorised access, evade limits, impersonate another person, misuse imported data, or conduct vulnerability scanning, penetration testing or other security testing without written authorisation. Responsible reports should be sent through the pilot coordinator.

9. Third-party services

Links may lead to third-party services such as Google Forms. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. FinanceOS is not responsible for third-party availability, content or handling of information you choose to submit there.

10. Warranties and liability

The pilot is provided on an “as available” basis for evaluation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no warranties are made regarding uninterrupted operation, security, accuracy, completeness or suitability for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the FinanceOS and Zelvara product operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or investment losses arising from use of or reliance on the pilot. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Privacy and contact

The Privacy Policy forms part of these terms and describes current data handling. No governing-law jurisdiction or public legal contact is stated in this pilot build because verified details have not been configured. Contact the pilot coordinator who provided access for questions.
